It is a 3 days' rock-music festival held at Samnak Riverside Sports Park every August. Its motto, "samnak(三樂)", synonymous with the venue signifies enjoying three things: music, people, and nature. The festival has begun since 2000 and boasts its longest history as a rock festival in the nation. On the eve, a stage is organized with the goal of discovering new musical talent. Top-class rock bands at home and abroad are showing their performances in the main concert.
