Unsusa Temple Daeungjeon
Treasure No.1896 - Unsusa Temple Daeungjeon The Daeungjeon (a main building of a temple) is a wooden building with sophisticated and excellent technique, which is unparalleled in Busan. In particular, a unique and refined technique of the mid-Joseon Dynasty is well reflected, so that it gains much attention in the aspect of architecture history. Given the fact that there remains no wooden building constructed before the Imjin War (Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) in Busan region, it is also very valuable as a cultural asset.
